How to pull files from SDcard by ADB?

I’m building a computer program that retrieves files (saved by a mobile app) from a device’s SD card via adb. The problem is that so many different devices have different fact lists.

How to grant write access to external SDcard using adb in?

I can’t get ES File Examiner and Winrar to write to Android TV’s SDCard measurements memory (copy or maybe cut from internal memory and stay in external memory). It said there would be a useful “Open from” window to display it, but the window doesn’t look like it does on my mobile tablet.

Is there any command to get SDcard Directory directly from ADB?

When I check System.getenv(“EXTERNAL_STORAGE”) it returns sdcard and another sdcard/external_sd. I need to retrieve a file that was previously normally stored in the system to.getenv(“EXTERNAL_STORAGE”). So the question is, is every command to get the sdcard directory site usually directly accessible from adb but without android code?
